Robert, It has been a while since we’ve been back from our trip to Normandy, France and I wanted to thank you. We had a wonderful time. Your recommendation of the Hotel Monge in Paris could not have been better. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very accommodating. We were upgraded to a larger room which was totally unexpected and we were able to store our luggage before check-in and post check out on both ends of our river cruise. This was important because it allowed us to go on our booked tours before and after the river cruise.
We are now organizing ourselves again for another holiday. Bob will retire this year!!! – Maybe a trip away will ease the process. We are actively looking and assessing what we want to do and would like to contact you for your expertise. Thank you again!
We booked our march break vacation with John. We are a family of 7 and he was able to accommodate everything we needed. He recommended a good family-friendly hotel. And, he beat the cheapest online prices that were out there. We were able to sit together on the plane and as soon as we got to the hotel they upgraded us to the diamond club free of charge. He was also able to arrange for us to have connecting rooms as we needed 2 rooms. We will definitely be using John to book all of our future trips!

I just returned from an amazing trip to Cayo Santa Maria Cuba. I have been booking with Robert for over 30 years and he never disappoints. We had a mixup on our room when we arrived. I called him at 11pm woke him up and he spoke directly with the hotel staff there to get the mistake taken care of.
